Hi, I’m Andrea Toole.
I’m an ADHD coach and educator who works with capable women in midlife whose lives look successful on the outside but feel harder to maintain behind the scenes.
Years ago, I found myself in a toxic work environment that made my ADHD worse.
Eventually the pressure caught up with me.
That experience forced me to step back and examine what was really happening.
That’s when I realized most ADHD advice focuses on surface strategies, while the real issues usually sit deeper in the structure of daily life.
So I created the PRIMED framework, a six-part approach that looks at the foundations that support your capacity: physical health, routine, intake, mental state, environment, and downtime.
Instead of forcing yourself into rigid productivity systems, we rebuild the structure around your life so your brain has the support it needs to function well.
